Return and Refund Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our garments and ensure strict quality checks at our in-house manufacturing unit. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the kurtas or other apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and attached.

2. Shipping Fees & Return Deductions

• Original Order Shipping: We offer free delivery on all new orders.
• Return Pickup Service: Our return pickup service is completely free. 
  

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. If you have not received the delivery of order, follow below steps:

• • Go to accounts section within our website.
  • Under Orders tab, you can see your recent orders.
  • Next to buy again button, you can see "Cancel or Return" button.
  • You can click on that button to cancel the order.
  • Follow further instruction and after final submit, you will receive a email confirming your return request is placed.
  • Within 2 to 3 working days you will receive full refund for the cancelled item.
  • Please note "Cancel or return" button will be visible only till the time order is not delivered to you.
  • If order is delivered to you, skip these steps and follow steps mentioned in Point 2 below.

2. If you have received the delivery of order, follow below mentioned steps to return the order:

• • At the bottom of this "Return and Refund Policy" you will find "start your return" form or within the order status page, besides buy again button, you will see 3 dots, click on that and then in the bottom you will see return items link. click on that link. Then "start your return" form will be displayed on screen.

• • Fill this form to place return request.

• • Mention order number, email id and click on "find my order".
  • A new screen will open shortly which will fetch your item details within that order.
  • Select the item you wish to return.
  • Select the reason for return from drop down.
  • Select the method of refund from drop down.
  • Submit return request.
  • You will receive a email confirming your return request submitted successfully.
  • Thereafter we will arrange return pickup agent.
  • Once we arrange the agent, you will receive email containing shipping label, courier partner name and tracking id.
  • Stick shipping label on parcel, handover the parcel to shipping agent when he arrives your location and then you can track return delivery using tracking number.
    
  • Once we receive the product back and we are satisfied that the product is returned in proper condition, we will initiate a full return for the returned product.
