Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our garments and ensure strict quality checks at our in-house manufacturing unit. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the kurtas or other apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and attached.

2. Shipping Fees & Return Deductions

  • Original Order Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged on all new orders. Please note that this original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Return Pickup Service: If you utilize our return pickup service, a return shipping fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Self-Shipping via Courier: If you choose to send the items back using your own courier service, a full refund for the garments (excluding the original ₹50 shipping charge) is conditional on you prepaying the return shipment costs at the time of dispatch.
    Note: Packages sent via "Cash on Delivery" or "To Pay" to our warehouse will not be accepted or will have the courier charges deducted from your refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Mention the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason.
  3. Mention your preferred return method (Our Pickup Service or Self-Shipping).
  4. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions and a shipping label or our warehouse address.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
